This card is about cultivating balance and connection. Reciprocity. Intimacy and love in interpersonal relationships. Typically it is often described as the romantic love card but it’s definitely a lot more than that. This card invites us to increase our capacity for receiving love and invites us to love ourselves more deeply to do so. This card is all about duality and relationship - what are you giving, what are you receiving? How do you show up for others and how do you let others show up for you? We can only be as intimate with others as we can be intimate with ourselves and we can only have burning beautiful love with another if we have it with ourself. Our ability to feel connected, feel intimacy, feel love - it starts as an inside job!
